Curated provides an authenticated, trust-first marketplace connecting discerning collectors, verified antiquarians, and vetted institutions. By accessing or using our marketplace platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Authentication & Provenance Guarantee
All antique pieces, fine art, and rare collectibles presented on Curated must undergo rigorous vetting by accredited specialists. Sellers warrant that all items listed are genuine, authentic, and accurately described in accordance with their declared condition report.
3. Bidding, Offers, and Purchases
Placing a bid in an auction or submitting a binding offer constitutes a legal commitment to purchase the item should your bid or offer be accepted. High bidders must complete checkout and settlement within the designated post-auction settlement window.
4. Escrow & Secure Settlement
To protect both buyers and sellers, all transaction funds are held in secure escrow until the item has been delivered and inspected within the inspection window. Payouts are released to the seller only upon verified delivery and buyer confirmation.
5. Insured White-Glove Shipping
All deliveries are managed via certified art and antique logistics carriers with full declared value transit insurance. Buyers must inspect parcel condition upon delivery and report any transit discrepancies immediately.
